Introduction

FPC-20C/30C mechanical type automobile lifter adopts motor driven mode and is operated under the electric control. When it's operating, the star cycloid pin gear slows down and the lead supporting fork holds up the car wheels along with the up-and-down movement of bracket to elevate the automobile. The machine has rational design,novelty structure and big lifting capacity and it is also firm and endurable and flexible in motion and can be fit for wide range of car models. The maintenance is also convenient for it. Since it adopts traveling operation, it can be used both indoors and outdoors and is the ideal automobile lifting device for the automobile manufacturing, repair and maintenance to increase production efficiency, enhance guarantee repair quality and improve the working environment.

This machine is mainly used for the lifting of all classes of passenger car and freight car below 20 tons in automobile manufacture and automobile repair. Safety protection system

1.The steel safety nut is set under the working screw nut(see operation nut safety mechanism diagram).When the operation nut is broken suddenly due to wear or other reasons, the safety nut under the operation nut will hold up it. With the steel ball rolling device, when the operation nut breaks down and falls on the safety nut, the operation nut and elevating screw nut body will run idle with the play of steel ball doesn't go up and down to give a safety lock and keep the lead screw free from damage.

2.At both the upper end and lower end of each upright post is set the lifting stroke stop device to ensure the automatic stop of the over travel when running.

3.The electromagnetic clutch is installed on the top of the motor shaft of the speed reducer to ensure the quick braking when the lifter shuts down in the rising or descending of the lifter.

4.The transport wheel has the hydraulic rising and lowering unit. When the lifter travels, pull the hydraulic jack pressure lever to make the undercarriage off the ground for easy traveling. When lifting, step the jack oil drain pedal to fall the undercarriage to the ground to ensure safe, steady and unshifted lifting.


Operation instruction
1.Before operation, should check whether all the fastening parts are loose in the transportation or use and whether the lubrication points, lead screw, screw nut, directive wheel, and transport wheel are needed to be oiled. After all are ready, wiring the power, four post's electrical motors and travel switch in the order requited by the electric control cabinet to the terminal block at the back of the electric control cabinet.

2.After the power is switched on, push the General Rising, General Descending, single motor rising and descending and touch the up and down travel switch for each post to see whether they operates and whether the indication of the elevating push button switch is identical to the elevating direction of the lifter. If not, please exchange the lines of two phases of the power cord or electrical motor.

3.The loaded lifting can be done only after no-load test is OK.When lifting with load, lower the lifter to the extreme lower position and push the supporting fork of the four-post lifter to the position at which the four-wheel car can be picked up and push general rising switch and the lifter begins hoisting the car. When reaching the extreme high position, the lifter will be stopped automatically with any motor touching the travel switch; when going down, push general descending switch, the lifter begins lowering the automobile and when reaching the extreme lower position, the lifter can automatically stop with any motor touching the travel switch.

4.The elevating switch for each motor is used for adjusting the balance of the bearing points of the posts. The adjustment of the balancing should be done with the limit travel switch and lower limit travel switch inoperative.

Maintenance
1.This machine should be cleaned frequently to keep it clean;
2.The upper end and bottom end bearings of the lead screw should be oiled once every two years;
3.The guide wheel and transport wheel should be oiled once every two years;
4.The lead screw and screw nut should be oiled once every tow years;
5.The reduction drive should be filled in 40# machine oil once every year. In operation the oil reserve in the reduction drive should be maintained specified oil level, not tow much nor too small.
6.Check up the working nut lock mechanism (see diagram) before working everyday. The clearance between steel ball seating and safety nut ex works is 11±1 mm.When the clearance is worn away less than 71 mm,it shows that the operating nut should be changed immediately. In addition, should check whether the lower and upper travel switches are quick to work to ensure the safety mechanism reliable.
7.The friction tape of the electromagnetic clutch should be periodically checked for worn condition and should be changed immediately if found damaged. After shutdown, if the screw nut slides down, can adjust the spring adjustment bolt of the clutch to add its friction and prevent the downslide.

Warranty

MORAL LIFT equipment has 5 years warranty on structure, and first year warranty on the whole machine.Within the warranty period, MORAL LIFT is responsible for the parts and structure, not including labor nor any other cost unless pre-agreed.
Power units, hydraulic cylinders, and all other assembly components such as slip plates, cables, chains, valves, switches etc, are warranted for one year against defects in material or workmanship under normal use. MORAL LIFT shall repair or replace at their option for the warranty period those parts returned to the factory freight prepaid which prove upon inspection to be defective. MORAL LIFT will not be responsible on any labor costs unless pre-agreed. MORAL LIFT will not responsible for the modification or upgrade of the product from the client unless pre-agreed.

These warranties do not extend to...
-defects caused by ordinary wear, abuse, misuse, shipping damage, un-proper installation, voltage or lack of required  maintenance;
-damages resulting from purchaser's neglect or failure to operate products in accordance with instructions provided in the  owner's manual(s) and/or other accompanying instructions supplied;
-normal wear items or service normally required to maintain the product in a safe operating condition;
-any component damaged in shipment;
-other items not listed but may be considered general wear parts;
-damage caused by rain, excessive humidity, corrosive environments or other contaminants.
-any change or modification made to the equipment without pre-agreed.

These warranties do not extend to any cosmetic defect not interfering with equipment functionality or any incidental, indirect,or consequential loss, damage, or expense that may result from any defect, failure, or malfunction of a MORAL LIFT product or the breach or delay in performance of the warranty.

MORAL LIFT makes no warranty on components and/or accessories furnished to MORAL LIFT by third parties. These are warranted only to the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty to MORAL LIFT. Other items not listed but may be considered general wear parts.

MORAL LIFT reserves the right to make design changes or add improvements toits product line without incurring any obligation to make such changes on product sold previously.

Warranty adjustments within the above stated policies are based on the model and serial number of the equipment. This data must be furnished with all warranty claims
